Okay so I am on day ten of the 30 Day Shred, I’m going to try to force myself to do C25K after because I don’t think I’ve done it in at least a week and I feel like I can do more after the Shred. I pretty much picked reading a new book over studying and life so I have to get back on the wagon. I wrote ‘Day one, two, three, etc’ on my calendar so it feels good to cross it off. I only took one day off and that was because I worked that day and was feeling bleh.
Hello erryone! So I’ve disappeared for a while and now I am back to try to lose some weight. I’ve gained back like 11 pounds from this summer and I figure it’s January and I’m going to be another year older so I should probably try to lose weight again. I’ve deleted all other previous personal posts and I’m starting out again. I can’t promise anything because now I work and am going to school full time. This is my fourth day of working out and I just did day one of the Shred. I’ll do Day 2 of C25K in the morning. HERE GOES NOTHING.
